    That sounds like one shitty ass day that shouldn’t have gone so bad. Sorry to hear all that nonsense happened.

    I also have an anxiety issue. Idk how bad yours is but my anxiety effects my heart to the point where I get palpitations. I’ve had them for years but myself and the doctors couldn’t figure out when I was having them. Turns out I had anxiety issues! Go figure! So, I’m on Fluoxetine (which is like Prozac) and it’s helped me in more ways then just anxiety. I can think clearer too.

    Hey PM,… yeah panic attacks are brutal. I’ve had a couple myself, and they always seem foolish in hindsight. Glad to hear that you’re feeling better 🙂
