    I have a hard time stacking my feet in side plank during practice, and usually lock one foot around the other, is this a possible modification? Love your videos, such an inspiration!

    Hi Kino, thanks again for your inspiring example…

    How do you structure these kind of supplementry exercises into your daily practice. For example, do you split your personal ashtanga practice and then these workouts into am/pm or hit it all at once?

    What I usually do is do these exercises either in the morning before the practice or sometime in the afternoon. It really just depends on the day 🙂

    What other supplemental exercising do you do? Is it just Ashtanga?

    I just practice Ashtanga Yoga. The only additional things I do are movements like this that assist and compliment the asana practice. I like to go for walks if th weather is nice 🙂

    hi miss! my problem isnt the muscle strength at. im almost certain of that. if you remember i did approach you before with another question! i can do 15 obliqur crunches and even hold this asana for 90 seconds but i have to do a simpler variation. my problem is definitely balance. ive been at it for 6 weeks diligently. i see no improvements honestly. im continueing on optimism alone.

    Keep practicing, it might take a few months to really learn balance properly in this posture, meanwhile be patient and most importantly remain calm and content along the journey.
