    I almost didn’t watch this because of all the comments about the audio dropping out. Glad I did. Really good and all that’s missing is the instructions for the final 2 poses, one of which is same as the beginning and simple as can be. Definitely worthwhile, even if slight tech difficulty. Thanks!

    I really love this video and it’s quite relaxing, but I dance, so I’m already fairly flexible and didn’t find the poses very challenging. Would you have any suggestions for a stress-reducing yoga routine (workout? Sequence? I’m not sure what they’re called) that’s a little more challenging? Thank you!

    jason crandall has another one he did for yoga journal that teaches an arm balance pose “bakasana”. It wasn’t sequenced particularly to be relaxing, but I feel very relaxed after doing it – pretty much anything he does has excellent sequencing. Also, if you are quite strong and want a relaxing sequence I recommend yogis who teach with a lot of direction and instruction to subtle muscle movement, try Kira Ryder, lulu bandha, you might like that
