Excellent beginners yoga instruction. Thank you.. I have chronic very bad back & neck pain & this helped loosen my muscles up.

Great video, love Jason Crandell. What is the name of the music that you used for this video?

  • HeidiSue60 7 years ago

I loved this. First time ever doing a yoga routine and I end feeling clear headed and relaxed AND worked out, especially in the leg and abdominal muscles. Yeah, this is good. I’ll be following this routine frequently.

  • Shirley Francois 7 years ago

I love this routine. I have been doing yoga for a while but had to take a break due to work and school responsibilities. Is it possible to record these on a DVD so that I may do it over and over?

    Too fast..

  • Yuri Suh 7 years ago

you go a bit too fast. this is for the morning and most people are still groggy and cant keep up!

    this was too fast

  • Nancy Prescott 7 years ago

Did this as soon as I woke up this morning. I feel clear and open. Would highly recommend this sequence.

  • Conchita Villena 7 years ago

It’s true, it is very fast for a beginner, thanks anyways!!!!

  • MilazzoMike 7 years ago

I think he is probably going at the pace the sequence is intended to be performed in. After a few days of familiarizing with this sequence the pace will probably make more sense.

  • MsOkayAwesome 7 years ago

Great sequence. I’ll be doing this in the mornings!

  • Erika Wilder 7 years ago

Great sequence, but a bit fast paced to follow for someone who has NEVER done yoga before…

  • jamvaru 7 years ago

it is too fast for beginner
    i prefer sun-salutation to start
try a vid for beginners like this, maybe 5 minute wakeup

If you have been trying to burn fat, you should google Fat Blast Lifestyle. They will help you get the body you deserve.

My coworkers laughed when I told them I was going to bulk up with MAD Muscle Ripper, but then I showed them the results. Go google MAD Muscle Ripper to see their reaction.

  • Laura Lilly 7 years ago

Love this sequence. Video, however, is not for true beginners. I use this as part of my practice several times per week. Thank you!

  • vamayers 7 years ago

He was going way to fast and they way he says inhale and exhale is quite annoying

  • beefowoman 7 years ago

Sorry but this is a bad beginner video because I don’t know any of these terms or how to do the poses

  • dinesh karunarathna 7 years ago

It would be a shame if you did not bulk up when these normal people do it easily using Trim Fat Maximizer (go google it).

  • yoga tara 7 years ago

Not a beginner but I love to do this one in the morning after 15 min ab routine. Wakes me up! thank you

  • Bishnu Bhandari 7 years ago

If you are looking to lose weight fast, you must Google the term “Avon Fat Furnace”. You are certainly end up getting the beach body you merit.

  • Charlie1821 7 years ago

I need to start doing this. Waking up stiff as a board is getting old

  • 1LGreenOut 7 years ago

    Hello everyone. Very good vid.

My older brother was formerly a fat. He converted his body from 284lbs of pure fat to 201 lbs of natural muscle mass. We think it is astonishing! I just registered personally because I wanna beef up. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)…

  • Anne Richter 7 years ago

Ok…finally someone who explains the moves and the breathing for easy following…thanks

  • wojtek0000 7 years ago

Why does this guy look like a SIM?

  • Jessie Conner 7 years ago

I’ve been using this every morning. Love this! I’ve never done yoga before. Easy to follow, and I LOVE that you say when to breathe. That’s the hardest part for me. Keep it up!

  • SpecialPotassium23 7 years ago

Why does that guy look like Martin Freeman?

  • Egor Tolkanov 7 years ago

It would be a shame if you did not build muscle when other people accomplish it so easily using Blistering Fat Loss (go google it).

Guys, making your own home energy doesn’t have to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a alternative home energy called Xobotano Home Energy (google it). Seriously, Xobotano Home Energy has save a large amount of my money. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it because I don’t want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  • Amelia Flores 7 years ago

    Morgan Freeman?

  • SpecialPotassium23 7 years ago

No no. Martin Freeman is an actor, just like Morgan Freeman. Martin Freeman just looks a lot like this yoga instructor.

  • Amy Dorman 7 years ago

Video was good, but why would there be a loud advertisement at the end. He said to stay in corpse pose for 3-5 minutes. How does a loud video at the end allow you to get the whole benefit of corpse pose?

  • Ivan Grebinov 7 years ago

    Seems interesting, but .I did -20 lbs in 1 month.More here hawght.so#vOsfNap

  • Brittany Dore 7 years ago

This was kinda fast paced for me, maybe you should take “beginner” out of the title, or post something a little more slow-paced.

  • Michael Hoffman 7 years ago

I have a wireless mouse that I keep next to me so I can pause it right when I go into corpse. That ad is annoying. Guess that’s what happens when capitalism meets yoga…
