Ali, thanks for another wonderful class, I really enjoyed it. Those 30
minutes went by in a blink!!! I like that this one is a little bit faster
paced, I find it both relaxing and energizing, and even though it is a
short class I don’t feel like I’ve been slacking off, since it’s a bit more
challenging for me as well. Thanks again for sharing all your teachings and
amazing videos. Blessings! :)
