    I completely agree with you, but you can’t think that people, given the opportunity, wont act in such a way when their identity remains anonymous (practically) over the internet. Furthermore, there are no repercussions to their comments/actions, so you are wasting your time in scalding them. That is what my comment was addressing. I think the colloquial name for those type of people is ‘Trolls.’

    Damn this almost what i actually do when i cant sleep. But i just grab my feet and bow my head til i feel tension in my back and spine and stay like that a few minutes. After that its like i breath clearly and fall a sleep more easy. And damn i cant believe i’m writing a serious comment with this video 🙂

    I got to meet Dashama at Whole Foods once. Cool person. In tandem with these sleep tretches, make sure you have a kick ass breakfast early in the morning, NOT your first meal at noon. Eating in the a.m. will get your metabolism prepped up for later on when you need to sleep. No matter what supplements you take or the poses you do, you’ll be tossing and turning if you skip breakfast. Also, no communication devices in your bedroom, for your bedroom is for love and sleep, not Facebooking!
