    You are pretty much just enhancing your breathing. You are inflating the chest with air when you breathe in heavily then squeezing the stomach in as you breathe out the same way.

    He is breathing way too fast for meditation. This type of overbreathing is a major cause of asthma and other hypocapnic problems.
