Now when I inhale should I pull in my stomach and exhale expand my stomach as I breathed or vice versa?. I know there are different ways of breathing while exercising.

  • itsmemamia 7 years ago

vice versa when you inhale you should feel your breath expanding the stomach and when you exhale you feel breath leaving that space!

This is one of my favorite videos of yours Tara. Its nice to come back to the basics and focus on breathing, which is easy for me to forget. Are you still planning on doing online training for us non NYers? I hope so!

Hey buffs! My cousin loses weight with the Fun Fitness Robot product to really get into shape (looks in great health) through both diet and exercise workouts that are really fast and produce results. I was amazed when I saw how much dropped weight there was. Just Google FunFitnessRobot.

Ook, I have a small question. I am for the first time looking for info on yoga and have decided to at least give it a try, I have this ‘change things already’ plan in my head. Yet, I want to ask if I should learn a few beginner poses and practice them for a few weeks, then change them with something more complex, or try something different every few days?.. Ok, it may sound as a dumb question, but I can’t go to visit an instructor anywhere around soo yeah ^_^’

  • toverade 7 years ago

I agree.. the music and the way she’s talking so fast is really stressful. but it’s a shame cause I like the routine otherwise. Maybe i’ll just turn off the volume

I hate the music too. It doesn’t suit the video at all. Yoga is supposed to be relaxing but the music is not relaxing at all.

do i do each BEGINNERS video for a whole yoga lesson or just one video?

  • Sw33tL0ve1000 7 years ago

First of all, I can’t hear what shes saying at all, i have to keep my eyes open to read her lips. And she does talk too fast, she needs to learn to slow down.
