    I wish I could wake up looking that serene…btw, I love your videos. I just got into yoga. I used to think it was all just a waste of time but boy was I wrong. Some of it is harder than my regular workouts!

    All I saw was in bed with Tara Stiles and I could not click fast enough… LOL Love this vid, this is a routine everyone should do every day, so simple and only took 3 minutes.

    I have a pink burnout shirt too! I try to do this routine in the morning but it gets a little tricky with my bf in the bed. But I do the night routine almost every night on my bed.

    I LOVE these night time and morning routines, I use the night time one to help me fall asleep. Can you do a video or point me to one that I can do on an airplane for a long haul flight? I fly to Europe tomorrow and I must sleep but I have such a hard time sleeping on airplanes and I am in coach! I will need to go to bed around 2pm my body time to be ready to go when I land in the morning. What stretches can I do in my coach airplane seat to encourage my body to sleep?

    This looks great, however most of the times I wake up and try to stretch out when I stretch my legs I get terrible “Charlie Horse” cramps in my calf muscles. Any tips? I’ve heard this is due to dehydration and lack of potassium, but how do I work on it physically? Love your vids! I follow you on Twitter 🙂

    i will be trying this tomorrow before school :]
    i’ve always been fond of upward-/downward-facing dog after waking up. will be nice to add a couple more stretches to that

    Sup, have you considered this method called the Fat Blast Furnace? (go search google). My mate says it helps people lose weight easily.

    Oohhh, and then wait for what the beautiful little world is going to bring. Must be so nice being a girl, really, only listen to what your precious little body needs, if its happy, if its sad, if its relaxed, lalalala. I think men do yoga to feel less bad, girls do it to feel MORE better. But they don’t want to loose the attention of people so they complain more and pretend their life is so hard.
