    I have a question, I am very new to yoga Ive done all these you showed us, but when I do the first pose legs on the wall, is it normal for my legs to start to fall a sleep because the blood isnt getting pumped there as they normally would?

    it’s good to practice yoga 3-5 times a week, or as often as you can… don’t think of it as a task you have to get down but as a way to keep up your spiritual balance. my instructor practiced everyday in the morning and before she went to bed, i try to practice at least on Monday, Wednesday, friday, saturday and sunday… so i leave out tuesday and thursday

    yep i agree. we must kill the bad fat and belly first to get the 6 pack. And I heard that most of the celebrities used to follow to kill their belly using this 7 food items. if you are serious go for it now
