    hey it’s a great video. I was hoping if you can also elaborate the breathing cycle and the correct position of body part so that i don’t end cramping my body. Also if you can please explain and demonstrate sun salutation with perfect breathing in and out timing and body parts position. Thank you. Your videos are really great.     I do these poses for 3 years of 4-5 times a week and yes my face look younger than my age and I feel good too. Practice also pranayama or breathing technique & meditation with a good teacher. Namaste!
