    I love all your videos. I feel like you are my private yoga instructor when I watch your videos haha. I goal is to be able to do a handstand or elbow stand one day. Thank you for making all the videos^^

    Re: lIlenfaith: I also would like to see a sequence dealing with hamstrings. I am a male, and those muscles are not giving up any time soon.
    Also: When doing Camel, the instructions are to bring top of hips back even tho you’re pushing thighs forward. This is difficult for me to do

    Great routine, Esther! I did the L shaped handstand for only a few seconds, my first time ever doing a handstand, lol. You make Yoga so accesible. Thank you so much!

    you will find lots of poses for releasing tight hamstrings but if its very stubborn for a while, you might want to look at thigh muscles 1st. l

    ike in tadasana the importance is given to tighten the thigh muscles. If one does this for a while then thigh muscles get toned and hamstrings feel relaxed as it is the opposite muscle group.
