These are perfect, Esther! Both of my knees and right hip have been reconstructed after an accident. I’ve since lost the ability to run and jump, but I’m very determined to get them back! Everyone at yogatic is wonderful. Thank you for sharing these helpful videos. :o)

Question on the headstand pose. Your last pose on the preparation for headstand, does it mean that when you come to the full headstand, your head is totally off the ground? Namaste
