In all seriousness, this vid totally reminds me of myself after I partake in some weed. Quite often I just get all physical and do so many of these same things, even though I’ve never had any sort of yoga experience. I find that pretty interesting! That’s just me though, so don’t do drugs kids! Only when you’re an adult 😉

Sean, Thank you for your beginners yoga videos & your sense of humour. I’ve started doing yoga shortly after waking up. I’m new to it. I have a question… I’m a healthy 32 year old male. It’s impossible for me to sit with my legs out straight in front of me and my back 90 degrees and straight up…
(continued) I’m guessing it’s tight hamstrings but my back is always arched and I cannot keep it straight… Same with downward facing dog and other postures… What else is tight here? I’ve been told by a gym guy that I sit on the back of my pelvis rather than the base of it… I have a long spine in relation to most people… “Long bodied” Are there any exercises that will help me feel less like a stiffster? Thanks again, Chris.

Awesome routine, thank you very much! But I seem to have bad luck… Every time I try your routines, my neighbors start smoking and I need to take a break in the middle of routine, cause I don’t want to inhale those nasty smokes. Bad neighbors, ruining my Yoga practice!

Nope, I’m doing this at home with a window open. The smokes are coming in from an apartment below. Talking with them doesn’t help. Well, but at least I can do yoga with a smile on my face thanks to your humour. So thank you again! 🙂
Sean- I recently sprained my ankle running and was unable to do my regular cardio routine which was very frustrating. However because of that injury I have been practicing yoga, which is something I’ve never done before. It was through your videos that I have been introduced to this practice and I feel blessed that my injury lead to finding yoga. I practice meditation and have found your videos perfect to stimulate my body and my mind. Thank you. Keep those videos coming!
