    Would you fold the blankets differently if the person who was doing the pose was very overweight? Perhaps using double the blankets under the torso and placing them side by side? Thinking about how to make it work for my mother in law. 🙂

    yes, exactly, i would do it the way you are explaining. you want to make sure the body is supported so however many blankets, pillows you need use it. fantastic that you are sharing the practice with your mother in law! i’d love to hear how it works out and how she likes it. cheers.
