Good work! I’m suffering from leg pain bcuz of slipped disc. Did go for physiotherapy but it didn’t help. Will try your workouts.

  • borgesian2 7 years ago

Her voice is so soothing, doggie has been asleep for hours..

Mollie’s first videos (linked at the end of the video) are more beginner friendly, but this video is beginner-friendly as well, just take it slowly and don’t push yourself. Warming up with the other yoga videos first is also a good idea.

Ugly Dog, sort of tasty feet…I’d suck them.

I love how the setting is a corner of a livingroom. Makes people realize you don’t need a lot of space to do some yoga everyday.

  • jen826kay 7 years ago

23:26 haha that dog does yoga! lol!

  • gerry2345 7 years ago

    Excellent Yoga… nice twist..

Have you seen a chiropractor? Dr. Echols has a few videos on our channel about slipped and herniated discs.

It’s a girl dog actually, her name is Billie Holiday. She’s Corrina’s dog and we’ll see if she’ll do some guided meditations for us 🙂

  • goodguy943 7 years ago

whats up with the dead dog

  • gotthenumber 7 years ago

Can someone recuperating from collapsed disc at L 4-5 do this exercise? Thanks.

  • psychetruth 7 years ago

So true! All you need is a little bit of space and voila! Even a yoga mat could be replaced with a towel if you didn’t have one, and any non-stretchy strap or rope will work.

  • psychetruth 7 years ago

I’d be gentle for sure but I don’t know specifically, you might talk to a massage therapist or chiropractor about what stretches are safe for you.

  • psychetruth 7 years ago

    She’s a downward dog actually 🙂

Thank you so much for this 20 minutes! Just this has helped immensely with my restless legs. I am a beginner but really find this video relaxing and fulfilling. May I ask, how can I keep my neck and shoulders from tensing so much during the leg exercises? I find it difficult to concentrate on them while in position. Any advice for tense neck/shoulders? Much appreciated!

  • Amy Rader 7 years ago

That really helped with the tension in my hips! Thank you!

  • Addybugg 7 years ago

This really helped me relax today! Saved it in a playlist. c: Also, that dog is gorgeous!

  • l1o9o6p7 7 years ago

Thank you for the info, I have been doing the rt leg over the left leg stretch wrong for a year. I am very un-flexible and I constantly stretch for my body’s comfort zone. I was lifting my shoulder blade off the ground in order to move my leg further toward the ground. Keep it up. Mamasay
