    Good work! I’m suffering from leg pain bcuz of slipped disc. Did go for physiotherapy but it didn’t help. Will try your workouts.

    Mollie’s first videos (linked at the end of the video) are more beginner friendly, but this video is beginner-friendly as well, just take it slowly and don’t push yourself. Warming up with the other yoga videos first is also a good idea.

    I love how the setting is a corner of a livingroom. Makes people realize you don’t need a lot of space to do some yoga everyday.

    So true! All you need is a little bit of space and voila! Even a yoga mat could be replaced with a towel if you didn’t have one, and any non-stretchy strap or rope will work.

    I’d be gentle for sure but I don’t know specifically, you might talk to a massage therapist or chiropractor about what stretches are safe for you.

    Thank you so much for this 20 minutes! Just this has helped immensely with my restless legs. I am a beginner but really find this video relaxing and fulfilling. May I ask, how can I keep my neck and shoulders from tensing so much during the leg exercises? I find it difficult to concentrate on them while in position. Any advice for tense neck/shoulders? Much appreciated!

    Thank you for the info, I have been doing the rt leg over the left leg stretch wrong for a year. I am very un-flexible and I constantly stretch for my body’s comfort zone. I was lifting my shoulder blade off the ground in order to move my leg further toward the ground. Keep it up. Mamasay

    My right side was shaking so hard! I felt a lot better after this, but I am glad you kept reminding me that it’s okay to be shaky. I used a scarf as a strap, it was wonderful!
