    Sean, thank you for letting people know about my instructional yoga mat. I think my mat goes perfect with this video since it has a lot of the standing poses you showed.

    I loved the forward fold with eagle arms. I have never seen that. It felt amazing!

    Not if you have a soft surface. I do yoga pretty much anywhere..mat, grass, carpet…
